Trigger Sensors

Working Principle

The working principle of the self loading concrete mixer batching and weighing system is based on the conversion of force to electrical signals. When materials enter the weighing hopper via the feeding device, changes in gravitational force cause corresponding changes in the electrical signals output by the sensors. These signals are amplified and transmitted to the controller.

The controller pre-stores concrete batching recipes set by users, specifying the mixing ratios and target weights for various materials. Upon receiving signals from the weighing sensors, the controller compares real-time material weights with preset target weights. When the material weight approaches or reaches the target weight, the controller alerts and stops feeding to ensure the added quantity precisely matches the preset value.

During the entire batching process, the system sequentially weighs and batches each material. It also automatically records relevant data (e.g., actual usage of each material, batching time) for subsequent query and quality traceability.
