The forklift load indicator, also professionally named Forklift Load Moment Indicator (LMI) or Safety Load Indicator (SLI), is an essential safety retrofit system for material handling machinery. Integrated with high-sensitivity pressure and tilt sensors, it collects real-time operating data including lifting weight, load angle and boom position without interfering with original forklift hydraulic circuits. All core data are synchronously presented on an intuitive waterproof HMI touchscreen for operators to check at a glance. Once the load exceeds rated capacity or tilting angle crosses the safety threshold, the system instantly activates dual audible and visual alarms to prevent rollover and cargo dropping.
