Product Overview

The SeeZol Forklift  Load Limiter, also professionally named Forklift Load Moment Indicator (LMI) or Safety Load Indicator (SLI), is an essential safety retrofit system for material-handling machinery. Integrated with high-sensitivity pressure and tilt sensors, it collects real-time operating data—lifting weight, load angle, and boom position—without interfering with the original forklift hydraulic circuits.

All core data are synchronously presented on an intuitive waterproof HMI touchscreen for operators to check at a glance. Once the load exceeds rated capacity or the tilting angle crosses the safety threshold, the system instantly activates dual audible and visual alarms to prevent rollover and cargo dropping. Featuring plug-and-play installation and a dustproof, shockproof design, it fits most internal-combustion and electric forklifts for warehouse, port, and construction-site use.

Applicable Models

Compatible with counterbalance forklifts with a rated lifting capacity of 1-10 tons, and compatible with fully free mast and two-stage/three-stage mast structures.
