Product Overview
The SeeZol Wheel Loader Scale (wheel loader weighing system) is a kind of electronic weighing equipment installed on domestic or imported wheel loaders to measure the load. It provides various loading information such as the single-bucket value and accumulated value of the weighed material and prints the list. While loading, it dynamically and synchronously reflects the loading volume, helping customers complete weighing operations quickly and at low cost, accurately loading and unloading, preventing overloading, and improving work efficiency.
Widely used in bulk-cargo handling operations such as factories, mines, railways, and ports. Mainly composed of a display host, pressure sensor, and trigger sensor, it can also be equipped with a printer and remote data transmission according to demand.

Application Case
A granite quarry deployed SeeZol wheel loader scales across its loading fleet. Truck loads are balanced to target weight at the loader, reducing overweight fines and under-load waste, and giving dispatch live tonnage data per shift.
