The SeeZol Self-Loading Concrete Mixer Batching Weighing System, also referred to as an automatic concrete batching proportion system, is a dedicated integrated weighing solution tailored for self-loading concrete mixer trucks. Equipped with anti-vibration high-precision load sensors optimized for bumpy construction roads, it captures real-time weight data of sand, cement, aggregate, and water during feeding.

The system dynamically calibrates weighing data amid mixing vibration to eliminate measurement errors, supporting one-click preset and customized batching ratios for varied concrete strength standards. It synchronizes weight records to the onboard HMI, avoids truck overloading and unqualified concrete proportioning. Built with a dust- and splash-proof structure, it adapts to harsh outdoor construction sites, cutting manual material-checking labor and shortening on-site batching cycles.
