The SeeZol SZ-E300 excavator on-board weighing system is a fully upgraded iteration of the legacy SZ-E02 model, with comprehensive hardware and software overhauls tailored for harsh open-pit, quarry, and bulk material-handling scenarios. Optimized high-precision hydraulic pressure sensors and anti-interference circuit hardware boost its weighing range and long-term stability against onsite vibration and dust.

The upgraded embedded algorithm cuts dynamic response latency drastically, delivering steady weighing accuracy even during continuous excavator bucket lifting and swinging. Besides streamlined touchscreen-based human-machine interaction with simplified one-click calibration, it supports real-time single-bucket and cumulative weight recording, local data storage, and overload early warnings—eliminating repetitive static weighing, cutting onsite loading wait time, and avoiding truck-overloading risks.
