SZ-TF100 Telehandler Forklift LMI

Product Overview
The SeeZol Telehandler Forklift Load Moment Indicator, also known as crane LMI or Safe Load Indicator (SLI), is an important safety device specially designed for telescopic-handler forklifts. Because these machines vary load capacity dramatically with boom extension and attachment, the LMI calculates the live lifting moment from boom angle and hydraulic pressure and enforces the correct capacity curve for the current configuration.
Its working principle is based on monitoring and calculating telescopic-arm angle, load pressure, and other data. Once the torque exceeds the set safety limits, the limiter takes corresponding measures—such as limiting action and raising an alarm—to avoid overloading and the vehicle rollover or other dangerous accidents that follow. It greatly improves the safety and reliability of rough-terrain forklift operation.
