In heavy-duty operation scenarios such as ports and construction sites, Load Moment Indicators (LMIs) have become a core component for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of equipment. Now, intelligent LMI systems break through the limitations of traditional technologies, incorporating three new core technologies. Balancing high precision, strong adaptability, and intelligence, they accurately meet the safety management needs of various customers, including construction machinery manufacturers, port operators, and construction companies, helping them mitigate operational risks and improve operational efficiency.
Compared to traditional products, intelligent LMI systems feature three major technological upgrades:
First, AI dynamic load prediction technology. Through a deep learning model, it predicts load moment change trends within 1-2 seconds, with a response time ≤0.1 seconds, triggering tiered early warnings in advance, upgrading from “post-event alarms” to “pre-event prevention,” with a false alarm rate as low as 0.08 (referencing authoritative MDPI tests).
Second, multi-sensor anti-interference fusion technology. Integrating multi-source data on lifting weight, angle, and length, the torque calculation error remains stable within ±0.5% even in extreme environments such as strong electromagnetic fields in ports and high vibrations at construction sites, achieving an IP67 protection rating.
Thirdly, it features remote cloud platform cluster management. Supporting 5G wireless transmission, it can synchronize equipment load, torque, and other data in real time, enabling centralized monitoring of multiple devices and data traceability for over 5 years. It can also seamlessly integrate with weighing systems and TOS systems, breaking down information silos.
The system complies with global compliance standards such as GB 12602-90 and EU CE, and is compatible with various types of equipment including gantry cranes, tower cranes, and mobile cranes, operating stably under all working conditions from -30℃ to 60℃.
The next-generation Load Moment Indicator (LMI) restructures the heavy machinery safety management model with new technology, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment while helping enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve compliant overseas operations, making it the preferred safety solution for various heavy-duty operation scenarios.
