Product Overview
The SeeZol wheel loader weighing system is an electronic weighing device installed on a loader to measure the load.
The third-generation system features a comprehensive upgrade: algorithm upgrades improve accuracy. It has been rebuilt using a Linux-based system instead of a traditional microcontroller, making operation more intelligent. It also supports real-time data synchronization with a cloud platform, enabling remote version upgrades. The casing and screen have been upgraded for a more refined appearance and optimized interface.

Application Case
A Mongolian open-pit coal mine has deployed SeeZol’s third-generation wheel loader weighing system across its entire fleet of loaders. This system balances the load weight on trucks, ensuring it reaches the loader’s target weight, thus reducing overload penalties and waste caused by underloading. It also provides real-time tonnage data for each shift to the dispatch department via data synchronization with a cloud-based backend.
