Recently, Hermes Cranes in Greece completed the installation, commissioning, and field testing of Seezol Technology’s crane load moment indicator(Abbreviated as Crane LMI), officially putting it into use. This intelligent safety device comprehensively upgrades the company’s crane operation safety management system, achieving a dual improvement in safety and efficiency.
With the steady development of Greece’s construction and logistics industries, the demand for heavy lifting and large-item transport operations continues to rise, leading to increasingly stringent industry safety standards. As a professional crane company in Greece, Hermes understands that traditional safety measures are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of high-intensity, high-risk modern operations, necessitating the introduction of intelligent technology to strengthen safety safeguards. After comprehensive market research and product comparison, the company ultimately selected Seezol Technology’s Crane LMI as the core equipment for optimizing safety management and improving operational efficiency, demonstrating the company’s high regard for safety and laying a solid foundation for long-term development.
During the project’s implementation, both parties engaged in multiple in-depth communications. Seezol Technology tailored a solution to Hermes’ equipment configuration, operating environment, load capacity, and operating frequency, ensuring the product precisely meets actual needs. During the installation and commissioning phase, the Seezol Technology team provided professional support throughout the process, efficiently completing equipment debugging and conducting specialized practical training to facilitate the rapid and stable commissioning of the equipment.
After three months of on-site operational testing, the Crane LMI demonstrated significant effectiveness, substantially improving the safety and stability of the crane. The equipment can monitor load status accurately in real time, helping operators intuitively grasp operational data and eliminating potential hazards such as overloading and crane tilting from the outset. When operation approaches safety thresholds, the equipment immediately issues an early warning, effectively mitigating safety risks and ensuring the safety of both personnel and equipment, making on-site operations more standardized and reliable.
Seezol Technology has gained high recognition from overseas customers for its superior product quality and attentive customized services. The successful implementation of this international cooperation not only confirms the international competitiveness of domestically produced crane safety equipment but also lays a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two parties and Seezol Technology’s expansion into the European market.
