SeeZol Technology’s Fourth-Generation Excavator Load Moment Indicator: Upgraded for Enhanced Safety and Efficiency

The excavator load moment indicator is a core device for ensuring operational safety. It monitors key parameters such as excavator boom load and torque in real time, preventing equipment damage or safety accidents caused by overload. SeeZol Technology has comprehensively upgraded its previous generation product, launching the fourth-generation model. Focusing on three core optimizations—interface, operation, and accuracy—it features technological upgrades more suited to specific working conditions, balancing professionalism and ease of use, and adapting to various excavator operation scenarios.

The optimized interface achieves a visual upgrade, abandoning the traditional complex display layout and adopting a partitioned design to intuitively present core data such as load, torque, and safety thresholds. Coupled with clear audible and visual alarm indicators, the load ratio bar can switch colors according to the load size. Operators no longer need to repeatedly check; they can grasp the equipment’s operating status at a glance, avoiding operational errors caused by visual fatigue, and adapting to high-intensity operation requirements.

Operation has been significantly simplified, with a focus on optimizing parameter settings and calibration processes. The button operation logic has been streamlined, eliminating the need for complex step switching. Operators can complete key calibrations such as zero-point and full-scale values after simple training, without requiring specialized technical qualifications. Compared to the previous generation, calibration efficiency is improved by over 50%, effectively reducing equipment debugging time and improving overall operational efficiency.

Precision has been qualitatively improved. The built-in algorithm has been fully optimized, effectively filtering out vibration and interference signals during operation. Combined with high-precision sensors, dynamic measurement errors are significantly reduced, ensuring more accurate monitoring of moment and load data. It can predict overload risks in advance and provide timely warnings, ensuring safe and stable equipment operation and avoiding construction losses due to parameter deviations, helping companies reduce costs and increase efficiency.

This upgrade addresses the actual pain points of excavator operation, using practical technology optimization to make professional equipment easier to operate and more accurate and reliable, providing a solid guarantee for safe and efficient excavator operation.
