Previously, the traditional weighing system used by Anshan Baode Steel had significant drawbacks. The manual operation mode was cumbersome and inefficient, only displaying the weight of a single weighing in real time, lacking data storage and statistical functions, requiring operators to expend considerable effort on manual calculations. More importantly, the single sensor installed at the grab bucket position, frequently approaching the high-temperature furnace, caused repeated damage to the equipment, directly affecting weighing accuracy and hindering the smooth progress of the production process.
For the special scenarios of high-altitude installation, large vertical operating spans, and high-temperature operations, Seezol Technology customized a dedicated solution. The E300 system achieves simultaneous automation of material handling and weighing, completing weight acquisition, data storage, and statistics without manual intervention. It supports preset total material loading and automatically alerts operators when the cumulative target is reached, completely freeing up manpower. The technical team adopted a multi-sensor collaborative monitoring design to avoid damage to single-point equipment caused by high temperatures, balancing accuracy and stability.
After practical verification by multiple operators, the system received unanimous approval. “Previously, we had to operate the conveyor, manually weigh the materials, and monitor the screen for real-time calculations, which was both time-consuming and labor-intensive,” an operator commented. “Now, we can focus on the core operation, and the system automatically alerts us when the weight reaches the target, making it worry-free and highly efficient.”
