Signal Acquisition

1.Sensor Installation: Pressure sensors are the core components of the signal acquisition part. They are strategically installed near key components of the excavator, such as the boom cylinder and the arm cylinder. These locations are where significant pressure changes occur during the excavation process.
2.Pressure Sensing: When the excavator is in operation, especially during the digging task, the cylinders bear different pressures depending on the weight of the material being excavated. The pressure sensors are highly sensitive to these pressure variations.
3.Signal Conversion: The pressure sensors convert the detected pressure changes into electrical signals. The accuracy of these electrical signals is of utmost importance as it directly affects the weighing accuracy of the entire system.

1.Initial Signal Processing in Junction Box: The electrical signals output by the sensors are usually weak and may be accompanied by interference signals. They are first sent to the junction box. In the junction box, preliminary signal integration and preprocessing are performed. This mainly includes filtering out interference signals to ensure the purity and stability of the signals.
2.Signal Transmission to Display Instrument: After the initial processing in the junction box, the signals are transmitted to the display instrument.
3.Weight Calculation and Display: The display instrument is equipped with a microprocessor. The microprocessor uses pre-programmed algorithms to convert the received electrical signals into corresponding weight values. These weight values are then clearly and intuitively displayed on the screen of the instrument. This allows the operator to monitor the weight of the excavated material in real time, facilitating more accurate operation and management of the excavation work.
