To achieve precise control and efficiency improvement in mine loading and transportation processes, and to build an integrated smart weighing management system, this solution is specifically formulated. It integrates multiple systems for collaborative operation, enabling real-time data transmission, visualized monitoring, and intelligent analysis, thus supporting refined mine management.

Scheme Composition:
The core of the system consists of three main modules, relying on wireless transmission technology to achieve full-process data interoperability and synchronous upload to the control center.
First, the vehicle-mounted real-time weighing system equips excavators and loaders with high-precision sensors, combining attitude and pressure detection technology to collect data such as loading weight and operation frequency in real time, accurately measuring the load capacity of a single machine.
Second, the intelligent truck weighing system integrates high-definition license plate recognition, infrared anti-cheating, and re-checking weighing functions, enabling unattended weighing of trucks entering and leaving the mine throughout the entire process, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of measurement data.
Third, the vehicle positioning system adopts GNSS-RTK and IMU multi-source fusion positioning technology to capture vehicle location, driving trajectory, and operating status in real time, ensuring traceability in the transportation process.
Data shows:
The control center provides full data visualization, displaying real-time operational data such as loading volume and work efficiency for each excavator and loader, and simultaneously showing the real-time load and speed of each truck, as well as the dynamic location and trajectory of all vehicles, achieving visualized control over the entire operation process.
Data Analysis:
The data analysis module supports customizable time period statistics, automatically calculating the total loading volume and truck transport volume within that period, comparing and analyzing material losses, and accurately locating loss nodes. It can also separately retrieve timeline operational data for loading or transport vehicles to analyze work efficiency and idle periods, providing data support for optimizing task allocation and improving production efficiency.
This system achieves closed-loop control of loading, weighing, and transportation, possessing advantages such as accurate measurement, real-time data, and intelligent analysis. It effectively reduces human error and material loss, optimizes resource allocation, lowers operating costs, and promotes the transformation of mines from extensive management to refined and intelligent management.
