Product Overview

The SeeZol Side Boom Load Indicator, also called Side Boom load moment indicator (LMI) or Side Boom safe load indicator (SLI), reflects weight, overload, and other information on the monitor in real time through a human-machine interface and various sensors, so the side boom can be effectively used by the operator within a safe range. When the side boom exceeds the allowable safety range, the system issues an alarm to remind the operator.

Designed for pipeline laying, utility work, and civil construction, the system prevents side-boom overturning—one of the most common failure modes for this machine type—by calculating the actual lifting moment from boom angle, load, and geometry and comparing it continuously against the rated capacity envelope.
