Product Overview
The SeeZol Reachstacker Load Indicator, also functioning as a reachstacker eccentricity-prevention system, provides the operator with effective operation information so the crane can be used effectively within its design parameters. With the help of various signal sensors, the force limiter provides real-time information on boom length, boom angle, working height, working range, rated lifting weight, and actual lifting weight.
It also issues an alarm and outputs a control signal when preset thresholds are reached—including eccentric-load detection that warns before an unstable or off-center container lift can occur. Combined with optional container-number recognition and weight logging, it supports safer, smarter yard operation for terminals handling mixed and unbalanced loads.
