Seezol Technology Excavator LMI Helps Oman Infrastructure Construction

Strictly following industry standards, the high-precision tilt angle sensor is fixed in key parts of the boom and bucket arm, and the pressure sensor is fixed in the hydraulic oil circuit. The display screen is connected to the host module, and the installation and debugging of a single device is completed in just 4 hours.

Technicians simulate different construction scenarios – from shallow pit excavation to heavy-duty lifting – and calibrate torque monitoring values in real time to ensure that errors are controlled within ± 2%. After the equipment is put into use, the driver can view the current load moment, rated moment, and warning threshold of the excavator in real time through the high-definition display screen in the cab. When the load approaches the safe upper limit, the indicator immediately emits sound and light warnings, effectively avoiding two equipment damage accidents that may be caused by overload, and improving project construction efficiency by 18%. ​
