Picture Description

Introduction

Hydraulic pressure sensors are standardized, modular industrial products. They are suitable for the precise measurement of hydraulic pressure in the boom cylinders of hydraulically powered cranes. The sensing element is made of imported piezoresistive diffused silicon or ceramic cores, offering strong anti-interference capabilities, high sensitivity, and minimal temperature drift.

Function

Pressure Detection: Accurately measures the dynamic or static pressure values of media such as oil and water within the hydraulic system, including peak pressure and steady-state pressure.

Signal Conversion: Converts the detected physical pressure quantity (e.g., mechanical pressure) into electrical signals (e.g., analog signals like 4-20mA, 0-10V, or digital signals) for subsequent processing.

Data Transmission: Transmits pressure signals to the control system (e.g., PLC, instrument panel, host computer) via wired (e.g., cable) or wireless (e.g., Bluetooth, LoRa).

Status Monitoring: Provides real-time feedback on hydraulic system pressure changes, assisting in determining whether the system is operating normally (e.g., overload, leakage).

Safety Protection: Combined with pressure switch functionality, triggers alarms or automatically shuts down when the pressure exceeds or falls below a set threshold to prevent equipment damage.

Process Control: Provides data for hydraulic system pressure regulation, working with valves, pumps, and other components to achieve closed-loop pressure control and ensure stable system operation.
