Introduction
The tower crane LMI integrates comprehensive tower crane safety monitoring capabilities: the core intelligent lifting LMI simultaneously monitors key parameters such as lifting weight, working radius, boom angle, and adjacent crane position. When the torque reaches 90% of the rated value, an automatic audible and visual warning is issued. If the threshold is exceeded, power in the dangerous direction is instantly cut off, achieving precise tower crane overload protection. Combined with a tower crane anti-collision module, it supports multi-machine collaborative warnings. The newly added wire rope wear monitoring can detect broken wires and loose strands in real time, providing early warnings of equipment wear. It also integrates wind speed monitoring and electronic fence area restriction functions, along with full-cycle data traceability from the tower crane’s black box and remote cloud monitoring, achieving comprehensive coverage of operational risks.
