The SeeZol hydraulic pressure sensor is a standardized, modular industrial product suitable for the precise measurement of hydraulic pressure in the boom cylinders of hydraulically powered cranes. The sensing element is made of imported piezoresistive diffused silicon or ceramic cores, offering strong anti-interference capability, high sensitivity, and minimal temperature drift.

Function

• Pressure Detection: measures dynamic/static pressure of oil, water, etc., including peak and steady-state

• Signal Conversion: converts physical pressure into analog (4–20mA, 0–10V) or digital signals

• Data Transmission: to PLC / instrument / host via wired or wireless (Bluetooth, LoRa)

• Status Monitoring: real-time feedback on hydraulic pressure changes (overload, leakage)

• Safety Protection: alarm or auto shut-down when pressure exceeds / falls below threshold

• Process Control: data for closed-loop pressure regulation with valves and pumps
