Expedited Delivery: Efficient Response Ensures Timeliness
Upon receiving the order, the domestic headquarters immediately initiated emergency production and logistics processes. The production department prioritized raw material allocation, completing the assembly and testing of 15 pieces of equipment within 24 hours, ensuring that the moment measurement accuracy error of each piece of equipment was ≤±2% and the alarm trigger response time was ≤0.3s. Before installation, the team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the mechanical structure and hydraulic system of 15 excavators. Installation plans were customized for each machine model (primarily Komatsu PC360-11 and Caterpillar 336D2), ensuring the pressure sensors were precisely installed at the boom cylinder piston rod, guaranteeing a coaxiality error of ≤0.1mm between the sensor and cylinder to avoid affecting data acquisition accuracy due to installation deviations. During wiring, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant cables were used and fixed along the existing piping to prevent cable wear during construction. During the commissioning phase, the team calibrated the moment parameters of each machine using dedicated calibration software, simulating four working conditions: no-load, half-load, full-load (100% rated moment), and overload (110% rated moment), with at least five tests per condition.
Testing showed that under full-load conditions, the torque display value of all machines deviated from the actual value by ≤±1.5%, and under overload conditions, all machines triggered audible and visual alarms within 0.3 seconds and simultaneously cut off the excavator’s dangerous operating circuit, meeting project safety requirements. On the evening of the 27th, all 15 pieces of equipment were installed, debugged, and put into use. The project team highly praised the equipment performance and the team’s service efficiency.
