The main parameters and functions of reachstacker weighing systema

The technical parameters of the SEEZOL reachstacker weighing system(reachstacker load indicator) lay a solid foundation for efficient and safe operations:

  1. Weighing accuracy: The static accuracy reaches ±0.5%FS, which can accurately present the weight of the cargo when it is stationary, providing reliable data for trade settlement. During dynamic operations, the accuracy can also be maintained at ±1%FS, meeting the actual lifting and transportation requirements.
  2. Weighing range: Depending on different reach stacker models, the range of the weighing system for small – sized ones is approximately 5 – 50 tons, while that for large – sized ones used in ports can reach 100 – 400 tons, capable of handling the weighing of various types of cargo.
  3. Response time: It takes less than 1 second from the spreader contacting the cargo to the stable display of the weight, helping operators quickly grasp the load.
  4. Sensor parameters: For example, the strain – gauge sensor has a sensitivity of about 2mV/V and an IP67 or above protection level, which can prevent dust and water.
  5. Data output interfaces: There are RS232, RS485 serial ports, CAN bus interfaces, and Ethernet interfaces, facilitating integration with different devices.
  6. Anti – off – center loading function: By monitoring the stress on the spreader through sensors, once off – center loading is detected, an alarm will be issued immediately to remind the operator to adjust the position of the cargo.
  7. Container number recognition function: Using image recognition technology, the 11 – digit – coded container numbers can be automatically recognized, facilitating cargo tracking and management and improving the intelligent level of logistics.
