Installation of Angle Sensors: The body sensor is installed on the right side of the cab. The bucket arm sensor and the boom sensor are respectively installed on the right sides of the bucket arm and the boom. First, weld the base of the angle sensor, and then install the sensor. Each angle sensor is connected in series, that is, the bucket arm sensor –> the boom sensor –> the body sensor –> the display.

Installation of Pressure Sensors: The pressure sensors are installed at the connection between the boom cylinder and the hydraulic oil pipe. One sensor is installed on the inlet oil pipe and one on the return oil pipe respectively. The two sensors are of the same model and can be used interchangeably.

Installation of the Display: After fixing the base at an appropriate position in the cab, use the connecting components for connection. A universal joint can be used to adjust the direction freely.

After all components are installed, connect all the cables to the main unit of the display.
