Installation conditions of the excavator weighing system

I. Hardware Compatibility Conditions

Compatibility of Excavator Models: The excavator weighing system of Seezol Technology is applicable to the vast majority of mainstream excavator models on the market. Before installation, please confirm whether the brand and specific model of your excavator are on our compatibility list. You can contact our technical support team or query the corresponding model information on the official website.

Structural Component Adaptability: The sensors of the excavator weighing system need to be installed on the key load – bearing structural components of the excavator, such as the connection parts of the boom, arm, and bucket. These parts should have sufficient strength and stability to ensure that the sensors can accurately detect the force changes during excavation operations and will not be damaged due to long – term stress. Before installation, the structural components of the excavator need to be inspected to ensure there are no obvious deformations, cracks, or other problems that could affect the installation and use.

II. Electrical System Conditions

Power Supply Matching:The excavator weighing system needs to be connected to the excavator’s electrical system to obtain power. It is required that the power supply voltage of the excavator is stable and within the rated operating voltage range of the load-weighing system, which is generally DC 12V or DC 24V. Meanwhile, the electrical system should have overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions to prevent damage to the load-weighing system caused by abnormal power supply.

Signal Interface Compatibility: After the system collects data via sensors, it needs to transmit and interact with the excavator’s display or control system. This requires the excavator to have corresponding signal interfaces, such as CAN bus interfaces, RS485 interfaces, etc. This ensures that the weighing system can smoothly display the real – time weighing data on the excavator’s operation interface, making it convenient for operators to view.

III. Environmental Conditions

Temperature AdaptabilityThe Seezol excavator weighing system is designed to adapt to a relatively wide temperature range, typically from – 20°C to 70°C. When installing in extreme low – temperature or high – temperature environments, appropriate protective measures need to be taken. For example, pre – heat the equipment in low – temperature environments and ensure proper heat dissipation in high – temperature environments to ensure the normal operation of the system.

Humidity and Dust Protection: Since excavators mostly operate outdoors, they may be exposed to harsh environments with high humidity and a lot of dust. The sensors and control units of the excavator Scale need to have good waterproof and dust – proof performance, generally reaching an ingress protection (IP) rating of IP65 or above. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment has good sealing performance to prevent moisture and dust from entering the equipment, which could affect the system’s stability and measurement accuracy.

IV. Technical Support Conditions

Professional Installers: To ensure the correct installation and debugging of the excavator Scale, it is recommended that the operation be carried out by professional technicians who have been trained and certified by Seezol Technology. They are familiar with the installation procedures and technical key points of the system, and can effectively avoid malfunctions and potential safety hazards caused by improper installation.

Installation Guidance and After – sales Support: During the installation process, Seezol Technology will provide full – course installation guidance services, including online technical consultation and installation manuals. Meanwhile, we have a complete after – sales service system. If you encounter any problems during installation or use, you can contact our after – sales team at any time, and we will solve them for you in a timely manner.
