Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica e Ambiental Preliminar<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de correspond\u00eancia de par\u00e2metros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Verifique a placa de caracter\u00edsticas do sensor de raio (LMI) do guindaste em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos documentos t\u00e9cnicos do guindaste para garantir a consist\u00eancia dos par\u00e2metros principais, como o momento nominal, o raio m\u00e1ximo e a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o do comprimento da lan\u00e7a. A for\u00e7a de pr\u00e9-aperto dos parafusos de grau 8,8 deve ser de 60% a 70% do limite de elasticidade. Os guindastes m\u00f3veis devem estar equipados com almofadas de amortecimento de vibra\u00e7\u00f5es (dureza 50 \u00b1 5 Shore A) e a frequ\u00eancia de resson\u00e2ncia deve evitar a gama de frequ\u00eancias de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 a 50 Hz das m\u00e1quinas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>III. Especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema El\u00e9trico<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Projeto de cablagem<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As linhas de sinal adotam uma topologia em estrela para evitar a atenua\u00e7\u00e3o do sinal. A instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos cabos deve cumprir os seguintes requisitos: a dist\u00e2ncia dos cabos de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u2265 300 mm, e devem cruzar-se a 90\u00b0; o raio de curvatura \u00e9 \u2265 10 vezes o di\u00e2metro do cabo e o espa\u00e7amento de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u2264 500 mm; a ficha utiliza uma ficha de avia\u00e7\u00e3o com grau IP67 e espessura de revestimento dos pinos \u2265 5 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acesso ao circuito de seguran\u00e7a<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A sa\u00edda de rel\u00e9 do LMI do guindaste est\u00e1 ligada ao ponto normalmente fechado do circuito de controlo de seguran\u00e7a para garantir que, quando o valor monitorizado atinge 110% do momento nominal, a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica para as dire\u00e7\u00f5es de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o e extens\u00e3o da lan\u00e7a \u00e9 cortada em \u2264 0,2 s. A \u00e1rea da sec\u00e7\u00e3o transversal do condutor do circuito \u00e9 \u2265 1,5 mm\u00b2, utilizando um cabo com um n\u00facleo de cobre retardante de chama GB\/T 5023.5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IV. Requisitos de Calibra\u00e7\u00e3o e Aceita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/szlmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5550\" style=\"width:300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/szlmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/7.jpg 500w, https:\/\/szlmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/7-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/szlmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/7-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/szlmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/7-64x38.jpg 64w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Calibra\u00e7\u00e3o multicondi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o Anexo C da norma GB\/T 12602-2022, calibre nas posi\u00e7\u00f5es de raio m\u00ednimo, m\u00e9dio e m\u00e1ximo sob cargas nominais de 10%, 50% e 100%. Utilize um dinam\u00f3metro padr\u00e3o de classe 0,1 e um codificador de \u00e2ngulo com uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,01\u00b0 para recolher os dados, garantindo que o desvio entre o valor apresentado e o valor padr\u00e3o \u00e9 \u2264\u00b12%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, dever\u00e3o ser fornecidos os seguintes documentos: relat\u00f3rio de dete\u00e7\u00e3o de coordenadas 3D do sensor, registo da resist\u00eancia de isolamento do circuito el\u00e9trico (estado frio \u2265100M\u03a9, estado quente \u22651M\u03a9), curva de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o e gr\u00e1fico de erros. Na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria, utilize pesos padr\u00e3o para verificar novamente o ponto de carga nominal de 100% trimestralmente e realize a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o completa anualmente; ap\u00f3s grandes repara\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio verificar novamente a precis\u00e3o da instala\u00e7\u00e3o e os par\u00e2metros de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ades\u00e3o \u00e0s especifica\u00e7\u00f5es acima referidas pode garantir que o guindaste LMI opera de forma est\u00e1vel em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho de -20\u2103~60\u2103 e humidade relativa \u226495% (sem
