Il adopte des signaux de capteurs simples ou limit\u00e9s pour surveiller simplement le poids de la charge en temps r\u00e9el et d\u00e9terminer si la charge d\u00e9passe la valeur statique nominale. Avec une seule dimension de calcul, le SLI ne peut pas collecter les param\u00e8tres de fonctionnement tels que la longueur de la fl\u00e8che, le rayon de travail et l'angle de guindage. Le LMI collecte de mani\u00e8re synchronis\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es multidimensionnelles, notamment le poids de la charge, l'angle de la fl\u00e8che, la longueur de la fl\u00e8che et l'amplitude de travail. Elle calcule en temps r\u00e9el le moment dynamique de la charge gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des algorithmes professionnels et fait correspondre la courbe de moment \u00e9valu\u00e9e en usine afin d'obtenir une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9cise de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Il \u00e9limine efficacement les angles morts de la surveillance SLI et identifie les conditions dangereuses avec une charge sans surpoids mais un moment excessif. En outre, l'IMT prend en charge l'alerte pr\u00e9coce graduelle et la protection contre les surcharges, qui limitent automatiquement les mouvements dangereux afin d'\u00e9viter le renversement de
