La nouvelle norme, qui constitue la mise \u00e0 jour la plus importante depuis la version 2003, renforce la ma\u00eetrise des processus de mesure dans toutes les dimensions, ce qui a de profondes r\u00e9percussions techniques et syst\u00e9miques sur le pesage et la m\u00e9trologie des engins de construction tels que les excavateurs, les chargeurs et les grues.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7335 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/szlmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ScreenShot_2026-04-13_100815_078.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"286\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de pesage des engins de chantier utilisent souvent des m\u00e9thodes de mesure dynamiques telles que la d\u00e9tection hydraulique, la mesure de la force de l'axe et la d\u00e9tection de la tension, qui sont depuis longtemps confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des conditions de fonctionnement complexes et \u00e0 des erreurs, notamment les vibrations et les chocs, la d\u00e9rive de la temp\u00e9rature, les fluctuations hydrauliques et les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques. La nouvelle norme ISO 10012 normalise davantage la v\u00e9rification m\u00e9trologique, l'\u00e9valuation de l'incertitude de mesure et les exigences en mati\u00e8re d'am\u00e9lioration continue, ce qui favorise la mise \u00e0 niveau des syst\u00e8mes de pesage, de l'adaptation du mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure. Au niveau de la mise en \u0153uvre technique, la nouvelle norme exige la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene compl\u00e8te et la v\u00e9rification p\u00e9riodique des capteurs de pesage, des unit\u00e9s d'acquisition de donn\u00e9es et des algorithmes de compensation dynamique, l'optimisation des strat\u00e9gies d'\u00e9talonnage en fonction des conditions de fonctionnement sur site et l'am\u00e9lioration des indicateurs techniques cl\u00e9s tels que la non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, l'hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis et la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7339 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/szlmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ScreenShot_2026-04-13_140934_452.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"671\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, la nouvelle norme renforce le contr\u00f4le des risques dans le processus de mesure, normalise les proc\u00e9dures techniques telles que la synchronisation du pesage dynamique, la compensation de la posture et l'\u00e9talonnage du point z\u00e9ro, am\u00e9liorant ainsi efficacement la stabilit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 de la mesure dynamique.
