Personnalisez une bride de montage d\u00e9di\u00e9e (\u00e9paisseur \u2265 15 mm, correspondant aux dimensions du connecteur). Fixez le capteur au centre de la bride, surface portante orient\u00e9e vers le haut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Souder ou boulonner la bride contenant le capteur au m\u00e2t int\u00e9rieur. Utiliser de l'eau froide pour refroidir le capteur pendant le soudage (la r\u00e9sistance thermique du capteur est \u2264 80 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installez des blocs de guidage de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du tablier porte-fourches afin de limiter la d\u00e9flexion gauche et droite \u00e0 \u2264 2 mm et de prot\u00e9ger le capteur des forces lat\u00e9rales. Le c\u00e2ble passe par l'espace entre les m\u00e2ts int\u00e9rieur et central et est reli\u00e9 au contr\u00f4leur par un collecteur tournant pour \u00e9viter tout enchev\u00eatrement lors du levage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prot\u00e9gez rigoureusement le capteur des forces lat\u00e9rales et des impacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mise \u00e0 niveau de protection\u00a0: La plupart des capteurs sont class\u00e9s IP67. Pour les conditions d'utilisation difficiles, optez pour un indice IP68 et installez un cache anti-poussi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un \u00e9talonnage apr\u00e8s installation est n\u00e9cessaire pour garantir la pr\u00e9cision des mesures.
