Bas\u00e9e sur la technologie de pesage par jauges de contrainte, cette solution utilise trois capteurs de poids install\u00e9s sur la poutre du camion \u00e0 minerai. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de pesage h\u00f4te et \u00e0 une communication par bus CAN, ce syst\u00e8me permet la collecte, le calcul et la transmission pr\u00e9cis des donn\u00e9es de poids. <\/strong>Trois cellules de charge \u00e0 jauge de contrainte sont install\u00e9es aux points de contrainte cl\u00e9s de la poutre du camion \u00e0 minerai, d\u00e9tectant la d\u00e9formation de la poutre en temps r\u00e9el et la convertissant en signaux \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Couche de traitement\u00a0: <\/strong>L'h\u00f4te de pesage re\u00e7oit les signaux du capteur et calcule le poids net \u00e0 l'aide d'algorithmes dynamiques (tels que le filtrage et la compensation de temp\u00e9rature), \u00e9liminant ainsi les interf\u00e9rences dues au mouvement du
