Pr\u00e9paration technique et environnementale pr\u00e9liminaire<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rification de la correspondance des param\u00e8tres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez la plaque signal\u00e9tique de la grue LMI par rapport aux documents techniques de la grue pour vous assurer que les param\u00e8tres de base tels que le moment nominal, le rayon maximal et la classification de la longueur de la fl\u00e8che sont coh\u00e9rents. La force de pr\u00e9-serrage des boulons de classe 8.8 doit \u00eatre comprise entre 60 % et 70 % de la limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9. Les grues mobiles doivent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9es de patins antivibratoires (duret\u00e9 50 \u00b1 5 Shore A) et la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10-50 Hz, ce qui est le cas des engins de chantier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>III. Sp\u00e9cifications d'int\u00e9gration du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conception de c\u00e2blage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lignes de signaux adoptent une topologie en \u00e9toile pour \u00e9viter l'att\u00e9nuation du signal. Utiliser un dynamom\u00e8tre standard de classe 0,1 et un codeur angulaire d'une r\u00e9solution de 0,01\u00b0 pour collecter les donn\u00e9es, en s'assurant que l'\u00e9cart entre la valeur affich\u00e9e et la valeur standard est \u2264 \u00b1 2 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acceptation et maintenance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l'installation, les documents suivants doivent \u00eatre fournis\u00a0: rapport de d\u00e9tection des coordonn\u00e9es 3D du capteur, relev\u00e9 de la r\u00e9sistance d'isolement du circuit \u00e9lectrique (\u00e9tat froid \u2265\u00a0100\u00a0M\u03a9, \u00e9tat chaud \u2265\u00a01\u00a0M\u03a9), courbe d'\u00e9talonnage et tableau d'erreurs. Lors de l'entretien quotidien, utilisez des poids \u00e9talons pour rev\u00e9rifier le point de charge nominale \u00e0 100\u00a0% tous les trimestres et effectuez un \u00e9talonnage complet tous les ans\u00a0; apr\u00e8s des r\u00e9parations importantes, il est n\u00e9cessaire de rev\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9cision de l'installation et les param\u00e8tres d'\u00e9talonnage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le respect des sp\u00e9cifications ci-dessus peut garantir que la grue LMI fonctionne de mani\u00e8re stable dans des conditions de travail de -20\u2103~60\u2103 et une humidit\u00e9 relative \u226495%
