Par exemple, lorsque des marchandises plus lourdes sont soulev\u00e9es, la pression \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du cylindre hydraulique augmente, et la pression sur les capteurs augmente \u00e9galement en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conversion du signal physique<\/strong><br>Les capteurs de pression fonctionnent principalement sur la base de deux effets physiques. Le premier est l'effet pi\u00e9zor\u00e9sistif. Ce type de capteur contient des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pi\u00e9zor\u00e9sistifs. Lorsqu'ils sont soumis \u00e0 une pression, la valeur de la r\u00e9sistance change, et plus la pression est forte, plus le changement est \u00e9vident. En mesurant la variation de la valeur de la r\u00e9sistance, on peut conna\u00eetre l'ampleur de la pression. L'autre est l'effet pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectrique. On utilise des mat\u00e9riaux pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectriques qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une charge \u00e9lectrique lorsqu'ils sont soumis \u00e0 une pression, et la quantit\u00e9 de charge \u00e9lectrique est proportionnelle \u00e0 la pression, ce qui permet de d\u00e9tecter la pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sortie et traitement des signaux \u00e9lectriques<\/strong><br>Les capteurs convertissent les variations de pression en signaux \u00e9lectriques, tels que des variations de tension ou de courant. Cependant, les signaux \u00e9lectriques de sortie sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s faibles et doivent \u00eatre amplifi\u00e9s par un amplificateur pour faciliter leur identification et leur traitement par les circuits suivants. Le contr\u00f4leur convertit les signaux \u00e9lectriques en valeurs de poids selon l'algorithme pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini et les affiche sur l'\u00e9cran de la cabine, ce qui permet au conducteur de suivre le poids des marchandises en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jugement de surcharge et avertissement de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong><br>Un seuil de poids s\u00fbr est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avance dans le contr\u00f4leur sur la base de la capacit\u00e9 de charge nominale du chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur. Il compare le poids r\u00e9el calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 ce seuil. Lorsque le poids r\u00e9el d\u00e9passe le seuil, cela signifie que le chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur est surcharg\u00e9. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, le contr\u00f4leur d\u00e9clenche imm\u00e9diatement le dispositif d'alarme qui \u00e9met des signaux sonores et visuels pour rappeler au conducteur d'arr\u00eater l'op\u00e9ration ou de r\u00e9duire le poids des marchandises afin d'assurer la
