Sur le chantier, v\u00e9rifiez qu'il n'y a pas eu de dommages caus\u00e9s pendant le transport et connectez les c\u00e2bles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\u3001<\/strong>Test de communication avec la plateforme de dispatching<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En raison du nombre limit\u00e9 de ports sur la bague collectrice de l'Hydraulic Material Handler, nous avons ajout\u00e9 trois modules suppl\u00e9mentaires de transmission sans fil. La communication sur site avec la plate-forme d'exp\u00e9dition adopte un mode sans fil. Apr\u00e8s inspection, il s'adapte parfaitement \u00e0 l'environnement difficile du site, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par un fort magn\u00e9tisme, une temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de fortes interf\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les images ci-dessus montrent respectivement l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 \u00e9mettrice du module sans fil, l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 r\u00e9ceptrice du module sans fil, le test de distance de transmission et le test de r\u00e9ception des donn\u00e9es de la plate-forme de distribution de Pinggang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\u3001<\/strong>Test de pr\u00e9cision de la pes\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des essais sur site ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s avec un poids de 1 tonne et un bloc de ferraille de 1,77 tonne \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents rayons de travail. Les r\u00e9sultats globaux sont assez bons. Les performances de pesage \u00e9taient meilleures en position m\u00e9diane (lorsque l'angle inclus entre le bras et la fl\u00e8che \u00e9tait compris entre 90\u00b0 et 110\u00b0), avec une pr\u00e9cision d'erreur de 1% - 2%. La pr\u00e9cision \u00e9tait relativement faible pr\u00e8s de la cabine, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement autour de 5% - 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5\u3001<\/strong>Formation sur place<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s la mise en service sur site, une formation sera dispens\u00e9e aux responsables du service des \u00e9quipements, au personnel du service de m\u00e9trologie et aux op\u00e9rateurs r\u00e9els des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
