Esto se debe a que estas zonas pueden reflejar directamente los cambios de presi\u00f3n provocados por el peso de la mercanc\u00eda. Cuando la carretilla elevadora recoge la mercanc\u00eda, el peso de \u00e9sta aumentar\u00e1 la presi\u00f3n del sistema hidr\u00e1ulico. El aceite hidr\u00e1ulico transmite la presi\u00f3n, y los sensores pueden detectar con agudeza el cambio de presi\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, al levantar mercanc\u00edas m\u00e1s pesadas, la presi\u00f3n dentro del cilindro hidr\u00e1ulico aumenta, y la presi\u00f3n en los sensores tambi\u00e9n aumenta en consecuencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conversi\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales f\u00edsicas<\/strong><br>Los sensores de presi\u00f3n funcionan principalmente en base a dos efectos f\u00edsicos. Uno es el efecto piezoresistivo. En el interior de este tipo de sensores hay elementos piezoresistivos. Cuando se someten a presi\u00f3n, el valor de la resistencia cambia, y cuanto mayor es la presi\u00f3n, m\u00e1s evidente es el cambio. Midiendo el cambio en el valor de la resistencia, se puede conocer la magnitud de la presi\u00f3n. El otro es el efecto piezoel\u00e9ctrico. Se utilizan materiales piezoel\u00e9ctricos, que generan una carga el\u00e9ctrica cuando est\u00e1n sometidos a presi\u00f3n, y la cantidad de carga el\u00e9ctrica es proporcional a la presi\u00f3n, a fin de detectar la presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salida y procesamiento de se\u00f1ales el\u00e9ctricas<\/strong><br>Los sensores convierten los cambios de presi\u00f3n en se\u00f1ales el\u00e9ctricas, como cambios de tensi\u00f3n o corriente. Sin embargo, las se\u00f1ales el\u00e9ctricas de salida suelen ser muy d\u00e9biles y necesitan ser amplificadas por un amplificador para que los circuitos posteriores puedan identificarlas y procesarlas m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente. Las se\u00f1ales amplificadas se transmiten al controlador del limitador de peso de la carretilla elevadora. El controlador convierte las se\u00f1ales el\u00e9ctricas en valores de peso seg\u00fan el algoritmo preestablecido y los muestra en la pantalla de visualizaci\u00f3n de la cabina, lo que permite al conductor controlar el peso de la mercanc\u00eda en tiempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fallo de sobrecarga y advertencia de seguridad<\/strong><br>En el controlador se establece de antemano un umbral de peso seguro basado en la capacidad de carga nominal de la carretilla elevadora. Comparar\u00e1 el peso real calculado con este umbral. Una vez que el peso real supera el umbral, significa que la carretilla elevadora est\u00e1 sobrecargada. En este momento, el controlador activar\u00e1 inmediatamente el dispositivo de alarma para emitir se\u00f1ales audibles y visuales para recordar al conductor que detenga la operaci\u00f3n o reduzca el peso de las mercanc\u00edas para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro de la carretilla elevadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img
