El control del peso en tiempo real puede prevenir eficazmente la sobrecarga durante la carga. La recopilaci\u00f3n de datos se compone principalmente de sensores de presi\u00f3n e inclinaci\u00f3n. Al instalar el sensor de presi\u00f3n, preste atenci\u00f3n a distinguir las posiciones de los sensores de presi\u00f3n de aceite principal y auxiliar. No lo invierta. La interfaz entre el sensor y la tuber\u00eda de aceite debe estar sellada para evitar fugas de aceite. Preste atenci\u00f3n a la direcci\u00f3n correcta al instalar el sensor de inclinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sensor del sistema de pesaje de la excavadora<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El host es la parte de procesamiento de datos del limitador de par de la excavadora y la parte central de todo el conjunto del equipo. El lugar de instalaci\u00f3n no debe estar cerca del motor de la excavadora. Si la temperatura es demasiado alta, afectar\u00e1 a la velocidad y precisi\u00f3n del c\u00e1lculo de datos. Tambi\u00e9n hay que prestar atenci\u00f3n a la impermeabilidad y la anticorrosi\u00f3n.
