Maintenance Of The Excavator Weighing System(Excavator Scale)

I. Daily Maintenance

Cleaning: Before and after operation, wipe the sensors, instruments and connecting lines with a clean and soft damp cloth to remove dust, oil stains, especially pay attention to the installation parts of the sensors.

Appearance Inspection: Check for any damage, deformation or looseness. If the connection parts are loose, fasten them; if the components are damaged, record them and deal with them later.

Function Testing: After starting up, test functions such as weight display, tare and zero – setting. If there are any abnormalities, stop using it immediately and conduct troubleshooting.

II. Regular Maintenance

Calibration: Calibrate the sensors with standard weights every month or quarter. Record the data. If the error exceeds the allowable range, recalibrate or contact the manufacturer.

Line Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the connecting lines every six months. Measure insulation and resistance. Replace aging and worn – out lines in a timely manner.

Instrument Maintenance: Regularly clean the dust inside the instrument, check the electronic components, and conduct a comprehensive performance test every 1 – 2 years.

III. Special – case Maintenance

After Operation in Harsh Environments: After operation in harsh environments such as high – temperature, humid conditions, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the system. Protect the sensors, check the lines, and dry the instruments if necessary.

After Fault Repair: After troubleshooting, focus on checking the repaired parts and conduct a comprehensive test of the system to ensure it returns to normal operation.
